Velarit Design และ Studio Luminous ได้รับเกียรติและความไว้วางใจจาก เอไอเอ ประเทศไทย ผู้นำด้านประกันชีวิต สุขภาพ และยูนิต ลิงค์ ให้เป็นผู้ออกแบบ จัดทำ และดูแลงานกิจกรรมสำคัญอย่าง “AIA Wealth Forum 2024” อย่างครบวงจร
ความร่วมมือระหว่าง Velarit Design ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบสร้างสรรค์ และ Studio Luminous ทีมงานโปรดักชั่นมากประสบการณ์ ได้ผนึกกำลังเพื่อนำเสนอประสบการณ์ที่น่าประทับใจแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมงาน โดยเริ่มต้นจากการพัฒนา Key Visual หลักของงาน ที่เป็นหัวใจสำคัญในการสื่อสารแนวคิดและธีมงาน
ก้าวข้ามทุกความผันผวนด้วยดีไซน์อันเป็นเอกลักษณ์
แนวคิดหลักที่เรานำมาใช้ในการออกแบบ “AIA Wealth Forum 2024” คือการ “ก้าวข้ามความผันผวน” ในโลกของการเงินและการลงทุน ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นที่ผู้เข้าร่วมงานให้ความสำคัญ โดยเราได้นำ ภาพเขาวงกต มาเป็นสัญลักษณ์ที่สื่อถึงความซับซ้อนและความไม่แน่นอน ในขณะที่ ลูกศร ถูกนำมาใช้เพื่อแสดงถึงการนำทาง การก้าวข้ามอุปสรรค และการมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายที่วางไว้
เพื่อเสริมสร้างความโดดเด่นและสื่อถึงความน่าเชื่อถือและความหรูหราตามแบบฉบับของเอไอเอ ประเทศไทย เราจึงเลือกใช้ โทนสีทอง (Gold) เป็นสีหลัก ผสานเข้ากับ สีเทาอบอุ่น (Warm Grey) เพื่อสร้างสมดุลระหว่างความทันสมัยและความสง่างาม ทำให้ Key Visual สื่อความหมายได้อย่างชัดเจนและเข้าถึงง่าย
จาก Key Visual สู่ประสบการณ์จริงที่จับต้องได้
ความพิเศษของการทำงานในครั้งนี้คือการนำ Key Visual หลักที่ออกแบบไว้ มาขยายผลและปรับใช้กับการออกแบบองค์ประกอบต่างๆ ภายในงานอย่างลงตัว ไม่ว่าจะเป็น:
- การออกแบบเวที (Stage Design): ที่สะท้อนถึงแนวคิดหลักของการก้าวข้ามความผันผวน ด้วยเส้นสายและรูปทรงที่นำมาจากเขาวงกตและลูกศร สร้างความน่าสนใจและเป็นจุดเด่นของงาน
- การออกแบบบูธ (Booth Design): ของเอไอเอและพันธมิตร ที่ยังคงเอกลักษณ์ของ Key Visual แต่ในขณะเดียวกันก็สามารถสื่อสารข้อมูลและสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- การออกแบบมุมถ่ายภาพ Photo Backdrop: ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้เก็บภาพความประทับใจ โดยมี Key Visual เป็นพื้นหลังที่สวยงามและสื่อถึงธีมงานได้อย่างชัดเจน

Velarit Design and Studio Luminous had the honor and privilege of being entrusted by AIA Thailand, a leader in life insurance, health insurance, and unit-linked products, to design, produce, and oversee all activities for the significant event, “AIA Wealth Forum 2024.”
The collaboration between Velarit Design, our creative design specialists, and Studio Luminous, our experienced production team, combined forces to deliver an impressive experience for all attendees. This began with the development of the event’s main Key Visual, which served as the core for communicating the concept and theme of the forum.
Overcoming Volatility with Unique Design
Our core concept for the “AIA Wealth Forum 2024” design was “overcoming volatility” in the world of finance and investment—a crucial topic for the attendees. We incorporated the image of a maze to symbolize complexity and uncertainty, while arrows were used to represent guidance, overcoming obstacles, and moving towards set goals.
To enhance its prominence and convey the trustworthiness and luxury synonymous with AIA Thailand, we opted for gold as the primary color, blended with warm grey. This created a balance between modernity and elegance, ensuring the Key Visual communicated its meaning clearly and accessibly.
From Key Visual to Tangible Experience
The unique aspect of this project was the seamless integration of the main Key Visual into the design of various event elements. These included:
- Stage Design: Reflecting the core concept of overcoming volatility through lines and shapes inspired by the maze and arrows, creating an engaging and prominent focal point for the event.
- Booth Design: For AIA and its partners, maintaining the Key Visual’s identity while effectively communicating information and facilitating interaction with attendees.
- Photo Backdrop Design: Providing attendees with a beautiful and thematic backdrop for capturing memorable moments, clearly showcasing the event’s Key Visual.
